Uptown Jazz Quartet

Jean-Marc Leger: Marc has been playing drums since he was 14 years old. He went on the study percussion at Montreal's College de Musique Vincent D'indy. He has done studio work for several artists in the province and is actively playing with three bands, each with its own music style.
Ron Doiron: Ron graduated from the Berkeley College of Music in Boston where he studied with Dean Earle. He teaches musical education in the public school system and also gives private lessons. His enthusiastic and energetic keyboard style makes him much in demand as a solo performer.
Don LeBlanc: Don has been performing since childhood. His love for the electric bass started in the 70's. He is influenced by many styles of mucic. He has played all over NB, NS, PEI and the US.
Garry Hansen: From an early start in garage rock bands and folk coffehouses, Garry made the trasition to swing and jazz quitar at the age of eighteen, playing throughout the Maritimes with St. Thomas University's celebrated big band, and later in Toronto with the Buddy Aquilina Big Band.
